The Spirit of the Quest 4

Welcome to my author page! I'm Nika Renee and I'm a poet from Kansas City Kansas. I first discovered my love for poetry in the third grade when I came upon a poem about flying in my classroom textbook. It felt like I found something I lost or maybe in fact it had found me. Either way that discovery sparked a deep longing to move closer, to lean in, to be taken. This longing has led me on a lifelong journey and my fourth book " The Spirit of The Quest 4 is a flower unfolding on that path. My poetic style is what I would describe as soulful, heavily influenced by my appreciation for mystic poetry. My work has been featured in Heartland Conservation Alliance's Blue River Documentary and in a featured article by The Black Sunflower. I invite you to come along on this quest to become.
